Intelligence in Motion

The future of mobility gets decided on the vehicle, not in a data centre. We build advanced telematics, video telematics and custom IoT hardware that runs AI on board — engineered in India, configured to the fleet it runs in.

Mobility intelligence

Tomorrow's mobility arrives on two wheels and three.

Our work runs from the accelerator upwards — silicon, sensing, models and the platform that ties them together — sized for the power, cost and vibration limits of the vehicles most of India actually rides.

01 — Silicon

Evolving the Silicon

We help shape the accelerator instead of picking one off the shelf, pushing NPU and TPU performance inside the power budget a two- or three-wheeler can actually give. Cost, power and heat decide the design — not raw TOPS on a spec sheet.

02 — Sensing

Precision Sensing

Radar and camera fused into one system, built for two- and three-wheelers rather than borrowed from cars. One camera and one radar chip keep the hardware lean, and the unit is engineered for vibration far beyond anything a car has to survive.

03 — Models

Optimized Intelligence

The right model for the job, slimmed by quantization and pruning until inference stays fast without asking more of the silicon. Every algorithm is shaped hardware-aware from the start, matched to the accelerator rather than fitted to it later.

04 — Safety

Real-Time, On-Device Safety

Every decision is made on-device in real time, because milliseconds matter more than a round trip to the cloud. Detection is trained on Indian roads, not borrowed footage, and drowsiness, distraction and collision alerts run as one system rather than three.

05 — Routing

Predictive Route Intelligence

Route risk is worked out before the ride starts, combining C-V2X signals with the data a fleet gathers on the road. Journeys are shaped by real risk patterns rather than distance and time, so the safer path is known in advance.

06 — Platform

Vehicle Ecosystem

Every device on the ride — rider gear, navigation, fleet systems — speaks one common language instead of sitting there as a bolted-on gadget. Built to plug in rather than lock out, it turns scattered hardware into one vehicle ecosystem.

What we do

Three lines of work, one platform underneath.

Advanced telematics, video telematics with up to five camera channels, and customised engineering across hardware, firmware and software — built and supported in-house, all reporting into one platform.

Advanced Telematics

Connected-vehicle hardware engineered in-house — three-channel CAN with an OTA configurator that adapts one unit to any OEM's DBC.

What this covers
  • Hardware engineered in-house, schematic through to production
  • 3-channel CAN with J1939 support, AIS-140 compliant
  • OTA CAN configurator — one unit adapts to any OEM's CAN DBC
  • TLS 1.2, HSM and secure boot with automatic rollback
  • Target ECU FOTA, eSIM dual-profile and BLE 5.0
  • Driver scorecards, DTC alerts and fuel-consumption tracking

Video Telematics

The Sentry range — ADAS and driver-monitoring builds on one edge-AI platform, from a single-channel recorder up to 5 camera channels with voice intercom.

What this covers
  • One to five camera channels — front, rear, side and IR driver-facing
  • ADAS — forward collision and lane-departure warning
  • DMS — fatigue, distraction and phone-use detection
  • Blind-spot pedestrian detection on Sentry Pro and above
  • Two-way voice intercom and TTS broadcast on Sentry Elite

Engineering & Custom IoT

Customised engineering across hardware, firmware and software — PCB design through to CAN / UDS / J1939 stacks and a white-label platform under your own brand.

What this covers
  • Custom hardware and PCB design for telematics, camera or ECU-class devices
  • Firmware and protocol engineering — CAN, UDS and J1939 stacks
  • Secure boot and OTA firmware for connected-vehicle nodes
  • The Listener platform, configured and branded under your own name
  • Solar and renewable-energy monitoring
  • Agricultural machinery diagnostics, rail and asset tracking
Advanced data analytics

Every vehicle feeds Listener — and Listener turns it into decisions.

Every AutoVexa device reports into one web dashboard and mobile app: live fleet view, video playback, automated safety reporting and ERP / TMS integration. The analytics layer on top is what the hardware is really for — turning a raw stream of position, CAN and video into things an operator, a fleet or a city can act on.

  • Road traffic flow simulation

Model how traffic actually moves along a corridor using the vehicles running it, then test a signal-timing or routing change before anyone commits to it on the road.

  • Fleet insights

Utilisation, idling, route adherence and cost per kilometre across the whole fleet — broken down by depot, vehicle and shift rather than averaged into a single number.

  • Driver scorecards

Every harsh brake, over-speed and distraction event rolled into a per-driver score that trends over time, so coaching goes to the people and habits where it actually changes something.

  • Terrain detection

Gradient, surface quality, potholes and rough patches classified from the motion and video each device already captures — building a road-condition map as a by-product of driving.

  • Predictive maintenance

Diagnostic trouble codes, fuel consumption and duty-cycle patterns read together, so a component is flagged while it is degrading rather than after the vehicle has stopped.

  • Safety & compliance reporting

ADAS and DMS events compiled into the safety and compliance reports a fleet has to file anyway — generated automatically and pushed straight into the ERP or TMS.

Engineered in-house

Down to the board.

Housing, mainboard, compute module and optics. We design the hardware, write the firmware and run the platform — so a change your fleet needs doesn't have to wait on somebody else's roadmap.

Where it goes

From one vehicle's field of view to the whole depot.

The same platform, whether you're watching a single cab at a junction or every vehicle on site.

A delivery vehicle at a junction with its sensor coverage shown around it.

On the road

Road- and driver-facing AI running on the device — collision, lane departure, fatigue and blind-spot events caught as they happen, not after the trip.

A depot with several connected delivery vehicles at the loading bays.

Across the fleet

Every unit reporting into one dashboard — live positions, CAN diagnostics and safety events from the whole yard in a single view.

Products

Eight units across two hardware families.

Our story

The road to AutoVexa.

Engineering intelligent, accessible and connected mobility — for India and the world.

The turning point

My journey began with a deep fascination for mathematics, physics and power electronics at IIT BHU. Over the next eleven years, each role added a critical layer of domain expertise to that foundation.

  • Eaton A rigorous grounding in embedded firmware and industrial systems.
  • Bajaj Auto Electric-vehicle powertrains, motor control units and automotive-grade standards.
  • Bosch Safety-critical diagnostics (UDS) and global OEM process discipline.
  • Transight The forefront of connected IoT, telematics ecosystems and large-scale product delivery.

Throughout that decade, one question kept surfacing: how do I create a larger, lasting impact on society? The answer never changed — entrepreneurship.

Why AutoVexa

At 36, stepping away from corporate security into startup uncertainty was intentional. AutoVexa was born from a straightforward conviction: intelligent mobility should not be a luxury.

India's road ecosystems present unique, complex challenges — but they also offer an unmatched opportunity to engineer smarter, safer transport from the ground up. AutoVexa is not merely producing hardware. We are engineering the foundational intelligence that lets vehicles communicate with drivers, with infrastructure, and with each other.
